Essex Cultural & Youth Society, at RM3 was handed a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 20.

And Top Flavour Pizza, at 175 South Street, Romford was given a score of zero on June 20.

It means that of Havering's 558 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 387 (69%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
