Fiona's Cake Boutique, at RM7 was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 15.

And Boujee Desserts, at 132 North Street, Romford was given a score of one on April 15.

It means that of Havering's 545 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 379 (70%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
