R An F A Club, a pub, bar or nightclub at 18 Carlton Road, Romford was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 24.

And Chicken Valley & Pizza, a takeaway at 1 Billet Lane, Hornchurch was given a score of four on May 24.
