Ideal Fish Bar, a takeaway at 102 Marsh Road, Pinner, Harrow was given the score after assessment on August 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Harrow's 184 takeaways with ratings, 84 (46%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
