Best West Kebab & Pizza Ltd, a takeaway at 504 Northolt Road, Harrow was given the score after assessment on September 21, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Harrow's 188 takeaways with ratings, 88 (47%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
