Best West Kebab & Pizza Ltd, a takeaway at 504 Northolt Road, Harrow, Harrow was given the score after assessment on September 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Harrow's 187 takeaways with ratings, 85 (45%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
