Tennessee Fried Chicken, a takeaway at 227 Northolt Road, Harrow, Harrow was given the score after assessment on August 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Harrow's 187 takeaways with ratings, 86 (46%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
