Cocoro Highgate, a takeaway at 232 Archway Road, Hornsey, London was given the score after assessment on July 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 232 takeaways with ratings, 168 (72%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
