EFC Chicken & Pizza, a takeaway at 346 Muswell Hill Broadway, Hornsey, London was given the score after assessment on April 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 228 takeaways with ratings, 158 (69%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
