Big Boba, a takeaway at Wood Green Shopping City, High Road, Wood Green, London was given the score after assessment on September 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 226 takeaways with ratings, 147 (65%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
