Yo! To Go! South Tottenham @, a takeaway at 230 High Road, Tottenham, London was given the score after assessment on August 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 220 takeaways with ratings, 143 (65%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
