Zaftig, a takeaway at Unit 3 J Crusader Industrial Estate, 167 Hermitage Road, Tottenham, London was given the score after assessment on September 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 220 takeaways with ratings, 143 (65%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
