Tai Cheong, a takeaway at 67 West Green Road, Tottenham, London was given the score after assessment on September 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 221 takeaways with ratings, 145 (66%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
