Beans and Cream, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 625 Seven Sisters Road, Tottenham, London was given the score after assessment on December 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 582 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 405 (70%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
