Coffee House C & H, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 1 St Loys Road, Tottenham, London was given the maximum score after assessment on August 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 529 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 391 (74%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
