Pitta Corner, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 43 High Road, Wood Green, London was given the score after assessment on July 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 555 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 386 (70%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
