Hochima, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Restaurant, 194 Philip Lane, Tottenham, London was given the score after assessment on May 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 523 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 376 (72%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
