BrazBQ Spetto, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 90 High Road, Tottenham, London was given the score after assessment on February 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 531 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 395 (74%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
