Uptown Cuisine, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 161 Park Lane, Tottenham, London was given the maximum score after assessment on August 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 528 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 391 (74%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
