May Kolly African Cuisine, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 12 St Loys Road, Tottenham, London was handed a zero-out-of-five rating after assessment on February 6.
And Cocoro Highgate, a takeaway at 232 Archway Road, Hornsey, London was given a score of two on February 6.
