Salt Yard Westfield, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Units 2126 - 2128 And 3119 - 3121, White City Development Site, Ariel Way, London was given the score after assessment on October 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hammersmith and Fulham's 692 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 475 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
