Pizza Royal, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 68 Richmond Way, London was given the score after assessment on August 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hammersmith and Fulham's 694 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 474 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
