Divina Caffe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 369 King Street, London was given the score after assessment on June 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hammersmith and Fulham's 706 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 478 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
