Mahdi Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 215 - 217 King Street, London was given the score after assessment on February 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hammersmith and Fulham's 703 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 467 (66%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
