Truth, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 36 - 38 Fulham Palace Road, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 13.

And Bagel Bite, a takeaway at 22 Shepherd'S Bush Green, London was also given a score of four on March 13.
