Koala and Bean, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 297 Haggerston Road, Hackney, London was given the score after assessment on October 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hackney's 1,079 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 625 (58%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
