Il Cavaliere, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 81 Blackstock Road, Hackney, London was given the score after assessment on September 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hackney's 975 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 507 (52%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
