New River Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 271 Stoke Newington Church Street, Hackney, London was given the score after assessment on September 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hackney's 974 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 507 (52%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
