Jim's Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 59 Chatsworth Road, Hackney, London was given the score after assessment on October 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hackney's 796 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 395 (50%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
