Good news as food hygiene ratings handed to two Hackney restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Hackney’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Eats and Sweats, at 263 Amhurst Road, Hackney, London was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 3.

And Mangal, at 27 Stoke Newington Road, Hackney, London was also given a score of five on September 22.

It means that of Hackney's 981 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 512 (52%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
