Good news as food hygiene ratings awarded to eight Hackney establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to eight of Hackney’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to five restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Curve Club at 15 Westland Place, Hackney, London; rated on April 27

• Rated 5: Essential Vegan Limited at 117 Kingsland High Street, Hackney, London; rated on April 24

• Rated 5: FORNO at 322 Andrews Road, Hackney, London; rated on April 24

• Rated 5: Mitsuryu at 15 Westland Place, Hackney, London; rated on April 20

• Rated 5: Smash & Grill T/A Grab A Bite London at 13/15 Ridley Road, Hackney, London; rated on April 17

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And one rating has been handed to a pub, bar or nightclub:
