New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Hackney’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Dixy Fried Chicken, at 258 Stamford Hill, Hackney, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 14.

And Favorite Chicken & Ribs, at Ground Floor, 292 Stamford Hill, Hackney, London was given a score of three on June 14.

It means that of Hackney's 232 takeaways with ratings, 89 (38%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
