New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Hackney’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Be at One Shoreditch, at 348 Old Street, Hackney, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 12.

And Schnitzel Forever, at 57 Pitfield Street, Hackney, London was also given a score of four on April 12.

It means that of Hackney's 1,056 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 587 (56%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
