Food hygiene ratings handed to two Hackney restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Hackney’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Hackney’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Balls, at 333 Old Street, Hackney, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 7.

And Ling Ling's, at 235 Well Street, Hackney, London was given a score of three on October 7.

It means that of Hackney's 796 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 395 (50%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
