Q'S BBQ, a takeaway at 26 Parry Place, Woolwich, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on September 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 259 takeaways with ratings, 176 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
