Caloroso Pizza Woolwich, a takeaway at 1b Griffin Road, Plumstead, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on August 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 259 takeaways with ratings, 171 (66%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
