Fertz, a takeaway at 132 Rochester Way, Eltham, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on August 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 258 takeaways with ratings, 171 (66%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
