Iro Sushi, a takeaway at 110 Blackheath Road, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on June 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 258 takeaways with ratings, 173 (67%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
