Top Chef Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 28 Eltham High Street, Eltham, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on October 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 458 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 359 (78%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
