BakeYard, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 23 Lakedale Road, Plumstead, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on July 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 459 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 362 (79%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
