Urban Ice and Dessert, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 67 Woolwich New Road, Woolwich, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on June 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 456 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 362 (79%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
