Westmount Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 142 Westmount Road, Eltham, Greenwich was given the maximum score after assessment on September 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 458 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 361 (79%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
