Yesemek, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 237 Plumstead High Street, Plumstead, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on December 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 477 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 364 (76%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
