Apna Grill, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 14 Conway Road, Plumstead, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on February 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 456 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 352 (77%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
