Hullabaloo, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 10 Greenwich Church Street, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on September 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 459 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 362 (79%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
