Corner Stop/Blackheath and Charlton Baptist Church, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Blackheath And Charlton Baptist Church Marlborough Lane, Charlton, Greenwich was given the score after assessment on January 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Greenwich's 460 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 362 (79%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
