New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Greenwich’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Greenwich’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Tasty Bites, at 15 Warwick Terrace, Plumstead, Greenwich was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 15.

And The Village Tandoori, at 18 The Village, Charlton, Greenwich was given a score of two on March 15.

It means that of Greenwich's 259 takeaways with ratings, 181 (70%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
