Drivers in and around Enfield will have six National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

Drivers in and around Enfield will have six National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And three of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing holdups of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that six closures are due to start this week:

M25, from 10pm February 20 to 5am February 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, Lane closures for CAT1 safety fence repair.

M25, from 10pm February 22 to 5.30am February 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, Lane closure for PRS Bay works.

M25, from 10pm February 27 to 5.30am March 1, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25 to junction 26, carriageway, slip road and lane closures for CCTV installation, diversion via local authority.

M25, from 10pm March 1 to 5.30am March 4, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25, slip road and lane closure clockwise for electrical works, diversion via National highways network.

M25, from 10pm March 6 to 6am March 18, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25 to junction 23, carriageway closure and entry slip road closure for surfacing works, diversion via local authority and National Highways roads.

M25, from 10pm March 6 to 5am March 7, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 26 to junction 28, Lane closures for repair of signal.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
