Road closures: six for Enfield drivers over the next fortnight

Drivers in and around Enfield will have six National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And five of them are expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that six closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

• M25, from 10pm January 29 to 5am February 3, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closures and slip road closure for PRS Investigation works, diversion via National Highways roads.

• M25, from 10pm January 31 to 5am February 3, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 25 to junction 26, Lane and slip road closure for PRS Bay works, diversion via National Highways roads.

• M25, from 10pm February 3 to 5.30am February 5, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, Lane and slip road closure for Area renewal works, diversion via Local Authorities roads.

• M25, from 10pm February 5 to 6am February 10, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, Lane and slip road closure for bearing inspections, diversion via National Highways roads.

• M25, from 10pm February 10 to 5.30am February 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anticlockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, lane closure for concrete repairs.

• M25, from 10pm February 12 to 5am February 17, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, Lane closures and slip road closure for PRS vegetation clearance, diversion via National Highways roads.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
