Road closures: seven for Enfield drivers this week

Drivers in and around Enfield will have seven National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing a holdup of between 10 and 30 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that three closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:

M25, from 10pm July 30 to 5am August 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, lane closures for CAT concrete wall repair.

M25, from 10pm July 30 to 6am August 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 23 to junction 26, Lane closure for CAT1 concrete wall repair works.

M25, from midnight, July 21 to 11.59pm August 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 25 to junction 24, 24hr narrow lanes for CAT1 concrete wall damage.

And a further four closures will begin over the next seven days:

M25, from 10pm August 1 to 5am August 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 26 to junction 24, Lane closures for electrical works.

M25, from 10pm August 1 to 5am August 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 26, Lane closures for electrical works.

M25, from 10pm August 2 to 5am August 3, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 anti clockwise, junction 26 to junction 25, Lane closures for CAT1 parapet repair.

M25, from 10pm August 8 to 6am August 13, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25, carriageway closure between exit and entry slip roads for Concrete repairs, diversion via National Highways network.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
